My black panther Charlie has claimed this basket for his own. It took about a week and now he sleeps in it every night! It’s next to my pillow. I hear his purring and scratching at it. I needed a solution for how to ‘share’ my work desk with my cats. An Instinct basket seemed to be a good idea. 2 cats so 2 baskets - not that I wanted both cats on the desk at the same time. One cat took to the basket immediately and ‘sharing’ is no longer a problem. He even curls up in the basket on the desk when I’m not working. The other cat was slower to take to this ‘new and suspicious’ object but she really liked the flat scratch mat. After 2 weeks they both loved the baskets so much that I ordered a 3rd basket and second scratch mat. Less than 30 mins after unwrapping the scratch mat, Miss fussy was lying on it. Claiming it as hers and playing with the ‘tail’ We love these baskets and the scratch mats!
